Ice Skating

Brrrr it was cold! Guess what?...we went ice-skating and swimming in Gore at the multi sports centre. We went on Friday. We went on the bus.Room1,Room2,Room3 and a little bit of the year 3's in room 4 went on the bus. There were penguins to help people if they couldn't skate. I was gliding  on the ice. I was great at skating.I pushed the cart on the ice with  Kody , and  Ryan in the cart. I had to help Noah, Natalea , Kody ,  Ryan, megan and Chalie. Then we had lunch after that we went swimming  it was cold when I got in the pool.It was quiet on the bus because all the people were tired.

Firewise

Mr Shepherd came to Edendale Primary School to teach us about firewise.


Firewise is when you getdown, get low, getout, FAST!


Mr Shepherd got a  black blanket and he put the fire alarm on ''it was loud'' I said to my self. We had to run to the tennis court and we shouted fire, fire, fire!


Now we know what to do in a fire.

Space Dome

On Thursday I was amazed because... in the morning we went to the Space Dome. It was in the TBLC . Room 3 and 4 went. Richard taught us. I learnt the biggest star is the blue star, red star, orange star and white star.
The planets are  Mercury,Venus,Earth,Mars,Jupiter,Saturn,Uranus,Neptune,Pluto,
Sun,Moon,Comet. You can see the moon at night.

Autumn Leaves

Autumn Leaves
Leaves are crinkly ,scratchy ,red, gold, yellow.
I jump in the leaves, golden and cold.
They feel like cold crackers.
Falling twirly , twisty, red and golden leaves.
Bare trees are sad trees.
Leaves are spiky, twisty, loopy.
